- 50 large crayfish, tails and claws
- 3 tb butter
- 1 tb coarse grind garlic powder
- 1/8 lb angel hair pasta
- 1/4 tsp paprikaBlack pepper
Instructions:
- Boil 50 crayfish in lightly salted water for three minutes. Drain and put briefly in cold water.
- Remove tails from shells and devein. Crack claws and scoop out meat.
- Boil angel hair pasta until soft. Divide into two portions and spead out on plates.
- Prepare crayfish topping for pasta. Melt the butter in a medium frying pan or wok. Stir in the garlic powder. Now add the crayfish meat, and stir until all pieces are covered. Quickly shake pepper and paprika over the pieces.
- Immediately pour crayfish over pasta and serve.
